Golden Chai Cupcakes

1 cup Chai Silk (warm one cup of Silk and place 4 Chai tea bags in letting it steep until it completely cools–the stronger Chai flavor the better)

2 eggs

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup milled golden flaxseed

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 cup unbleached white flour

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients well (I used a little hand mixer and made sure to mix for a couple of minutes).  Prepare a cupcake pan and put batter in.  Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.  Recipe makes 16 cupcakes.
