Semolina, Wheat Germ and Golden Flax Pasta Dough

Standard

3/4 cup Semolina flour.

Add 1/4 cup wheat germ.

Add 1/4 cup milled golden flaxseed.

Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.

Add 1 teaspoon sea salt.

Combine dry ingredients.

Add 3 room tempurature eggs.

Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Start mixing.

Knead your dough for about 6 minutes. When complete wrap dough in seran wrap and let rest for 20-30 minutes. Once well rested you can turn your pasta dough into your favorite kind of pasta...spaghetti, ravioli, etc.

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp sea salt

3 eggs

2 tbsp olive oil

Combine all dry ingredients.  Mix in wet ingredients.  Knead dough for about 6 minutes.  Cover in seran wrap and let pasta dough rest for about half an hour.  Make into your favorite pasta (I made mine into ravioli).
